Flex-Sim/68K File Download Option
You can download our free 68K simulator / flex demonstration software (flex-Sim/68K) by selecting Download 68K Simulator. You should be aware that the file is approximately 6MB in size so you may wish to order the software on disk!

After you have downloaded the file you can run the simulator Setup program as follows:-
  1. Unzip the downloaded sim68K_v2_20.zip file into a temporary directory, eg C:\FlexTemp. You should see the installation files along with a Microsoft Word document called manual.doc.
  2. If you want to view the installation manual prior to installing the software, you should print the Microsoft Word document called manual.doc. The installation manual is not installed as part of the SetUp process so you may wish to make a copy of this for later.
  3. Close any unnecessary applications before starting the installation.
  4. To start the installation run the file 'Setup.exe" in the directory you unzipped sim68K_v2_20 into.
  5. Follow the installation instructions displayed on the screen.
  6. If you install flex to a directory other than the one used for the unzipped files, you can delete all the files in the temporary directory. Don't forget to make a copy of manual.doc if you want to print this later.
